The banking options MyBookie.ag accepts include:
- Visa – $45-$1,000
- MasterCard – $45-$1,000
- ACH – $100 – unlimited
- Bank Wire – $2,000 – unlimited
- Person2Person – $100-$690
- Person2Person – $100-$500
- Bitcoin – $25-$10,000
- Phone – $45-$1,000
Pretty standard stuff EXCEPT they don’t accept payments by e-wallet. This sucks.
Here are their cash out options and fees:
- Wire Transfer – $100-$2,000 | $40-$50 fees
- Bitcoin – $50-$1,000 | $10-$45 fees
- MoneyGram – $100-$375 | $32-$37 fees
- ACH – $100-$1,000 | $7-$35 fees
What strikes me as weird are the fees – it’s not a flat-rate like at most gambling sites. It’s a range, where what you pay goes up the more you cash out.
I’d rather they charge a flat amount. An average would be fine, or somewhere in the middle. But make it simple.
Other than that, my biggest gripe are their e-wallet options – they have none. Not that US players could use them, but players from the rest of the world can.
MyBookie.ag only processes payments Monday thru Friday. You’ll want to keep in mind that it takes up to 48 hours to process a cash out. The minimum cash out is $100 and you have to roll your deposit over 1x before you can cash out. The max cash out is $2,000 per week.
If you run into any problems or have questions, you can contact them using a form on their website. You can also call their customer service toll free: 844-866-BETS (2387)
10+ Sports Betting & Casino Promotions
MyBookie.ag offers quite a few promotions. We’ll cover their core offers in the first section below. After that we’ll give you a shortlist of their offers for existing customers.
50% Sports Sign Up Bonus
This is good on your first deposit of at least $50. The max you can deposit is $3,000 (for the bonus), and the rollover varies from 5-15x. It depends on how much you deposit. Here’s a general idea of how that works:
- Dep 500-1000 = 10X
- 1000-2000 = 15X
- 2000-3000 = 20X
- 3000 – 4000 = 25X
- $4000 – 6000 = 30X
Their terms also state that you cannot make a cash out within 30 days of accepting this promotion. And free plays are only good on moneylines where the line is between -200 and +200.
20% Cash Bonus
This is good on your (qualifying) first deposit. The maximum is $500 and it has a 10-50x rollover.
100% Casino Bonus
This is for first time casino accounts. This is good up to $300. It has a 50x playthrough on both the deposit and bonus. Blackjack, craps, video poker, baccarat, sic bo, pai gow and roulette are all ineligible for meeting rollover requirements. This sucks, but looking at their 50x rollover for slots players, I’m not so sure you’d want a (table game) bonus anyway.
25% Reload Sports Bonus
This is good up to $500. The playthrough is 5-15x depending on how much you deposit. Otherwise, it has the same terms as the sports deposit bonus above.
This is good in the race book. You’ll receive a 7% rebate daily and there’s no rollover requirements.
However, the rebate is more or less meant as a bonus, and cannot be cashed out immediately after you receive it. My Bookie doesn’t say how long you have to wait, but I’d assume they’re like the offers above where you have to wait 30 days.
Send friends to MyBookie.ag and receive a 100% match up to $100 for each referral. If you are playing on sports, this bonus will have a five (5) time rollover and if you decide to play in the Casino the rollover required will be 30 times (with the same game restrictions mentioned above).
MyBookie.ag has several other offers under their ‘Additional Cool Bonuses’ heading. Those include:
- $20 Risk-Free Bet – Make your first bet. If it’s a loser, MyBookie.ag will reimburse you $20. You’ll need to make a min bet of $25 to qualify.
- No Fun Refund – If a team you back scores a touchdown, celebrates and is punished for it – and it costs them the score – you’ll receive a refund.
- Steam Your Streak – Get at least 10 winning picks in a row and you’ll receive a $25 free bet. Get 20 in a row and you’ll get $50.
- Snap Your Skid – Lose 10+ bets in a row and you’ll get $25 to start you back on the winning path.
- 10 is the Magic Number – Make 10 deposits in a row without a payout and you’ll receive the next one free.
- MMA & Boxing Bad Beat – Lose a sure MMA bet and you may be qualified to receive their bad beat special.
- Spread the Word – Help spread the word about MyBookie.ag on social media and you can get a $10 free play.
- Superman – Pick the winner in each spread each week in the NFL and you’ll receive a huge reward – double your winnings.
- Fresh Start – Lose 20 consecutive bets in a row and you’ll receive one free (average-sized) bet.
- Triple Diamonds 21 – Hit a 21 with 3-diamond suited 7’s, and you’ll receive an additional $500 casino bonus.
- Show Me the Money – If you made a bet over the phone and if your rep got it wrong, your bet will be corrected and you’ll receive an additional $20 for the inconvenience.
- Get Paid on the 21st of the Month – Receive an 8% rebate on your blackjack losses on the 21st of each month on the 22nd.
Keep in mind each offer will have terms you’ll want to familiarize yourself with before accepting them. This includes minimum bet sizes, odds and rollover amounts.
They have A LOT of offers, which is great to see. There’s a little bit of everything, too, between the deposit bonuses, cash back, rebates, free bets and finder’s fees.
However, I don’t like how they have a range on their rollover requirements, where the more you deposit, the more you’ll have to roll over.
I can understand them wanting to protect themselves, especially against (lucky) big winners. But like the withdrawal fees, I’d rather they err on the side of caution and have a 25 or 30x flat rollover regardless of how much you deposit. Just make it simple.
Not only that, but a 50x rollover on the deposit and bonus for slots players is ridiculously high.
But if you can look past those two things, they have lots of offers to take advantage of.
MyBookie.ag Sportsbook Review
MyBookie.ag has a pretty straightforward sportsbook. They focus primarily on US sports with a few more-popular international sports mixed in.
Here’s what sports and events you can bet on:
- Motor Sports
- Horse Racing
- Business & Politics
- NCAA Football
- International Baseball
Keep in mind these might change as the different sports seasons come and go. And if you don’t see something you want? Just ask – there’s a good chance they’ll give it to you.
From their site:
We accept all bet types: teasers, action points, straight bets, moneyline bets, round robin, if bets and parlay bets. If there is a bet type out there that we don’t currently accept, just ask, we’ll take it!
Here’s a total list of their betting options and examples from their NBA section:
- Action Points
- Open Wagers
- If Bets
- Buy Points
- Round Robins
- Props and Live Betting
- NBA Lines
- NBA 2nd Half Lines
- NBA 1st Half Lines
- NBA Quarters
- Game Props
- Team Totals
- Player Props
- Contest Props
- 2017 NBA Championship
One thing I found interesting was the religion category. You just don’t see that much. MyBookie.ag had odds on who will become the next pope.
The politics section was interesting, too. Here they have odds on who will be the next president in 2020. They also had odds on whether Trump will be successfully impeached by 2020.
One thing I didn’t see, though, is live betting. That is, at least, until I scrolled down to the bottom of their website. They have a link to their in-play betting section there. I assume they don’t push it too hard because their selection – which consists of only NFL, NCAA Football, NBA, MLB, NHL and tennis markets – is small. But at least they offer it.
Limits & Professional Betting
One thing that sticks out to me are MyBookie.ag’s limits – which range from $10 to $1,000. This is odd, because most sportsbooks take bets as small as $1. And while most sportsbooks have lower max limits, they’re usually around the $2-$3,000 mark. Not $1,000.
But they make an exception. If you have the money in your account, and are willing to make your bet over the phone, MyBookie.ag will let you bet however much you want.
EXCEPT if you’re a professional bettor. At the bottom of their website you’ll find the following message:
MyBookie.ag is a world class online sportsbook that caters specifically to recreational gamblers. We do not accept wagers from professional bettors, sharp side movers, syndicate or propositional players. MYB reserves the right to deny action or payments at any time. If any of these activities occur, then all plays will be void and the original funds will be sent back to the player.
So, if you’re a pro sports bettor, you’ll be better off betting at Bookmaker or Pinnacle. And, if you can’t afford the $10 minimum bet, I suggest you head to Bovada, 5Dimes or Bookmaker instead.
MyBookie.ag Casino Review
MyBookie.ag offers TONS of slots, table, video poker and live dealer games, all of which come from BetSoft.
Working with BetSoft has its pros and cons.
On the upside, BetSoft offers a great selection of unique games you won’t find elsewhere. You’ll know what I mean when you play their 3D slots. They have tons of recognizable titles that look great and are loads of fun to play.
The downside is that where they failed to pay out a progressive jackpot winner when the casino decided not to pay them.
The bottom line is that it’s hard to trust a casino who works with a software company who appears to be missing their moral compass.
Ultimately you’ll have to decide if that’s going to scare you away or not. We’ve certainly lost some respect for them, even after years of touting their games as fun and unique.
Anyway, here’s a list of their games and any thoughts we may have about them.
- Five Card Draw
- Deuces Wild
- Jacks or Better
- Joker Poker
- All American
- Bonus Poker
- Double Bonus
- Split way Royal
- Double Joker
- Bonus Deuces
- Tens or Better
- Deuces and Jokers
- Multihand Double Bonus
- Multihand Double Jackpot
- Mutlihand Bonus Poker
- Multihand Joker Poker
- Multihand All American
- Multihand Jacks or Better
- Multihand Deuces Wild
This is a solid selection of video poker games. What I like is they give you a diverse selection of games, not including the simple and not-so-exciting multi-hand variation. You get both, which I think is a smart move on their part.

This is one of those things where you just need to play one or two of these slots to see how neat they are. I’ve played Under the Bed, Slotfather and Mad Scientist more than I care to admit. Each game has fun intros, cut scenes and bonus rounds. Some of these are even better than the slots I’ve played in brick and mortar Las Vegas casinos.

I’ve not played their regular slots – all my time has been spent on their 3D slots. But it looks like they have several interesting titles here, and if there 3D slots are any indication, I’d expect their regular slots to be fun, too.
- MYB Blackjack

They have an impressive list of table games. They have a little of everything, as well as a few blackjack and roulette variations. It’s hard to find something to complain about.
Live Dealer Games
- Blackjack HD
- Baccarat Table 2
- European Roulette
- Blackjack HD Gold Table
- Super 6
- Super 6 Table 2
- American Roulette
- Blackjack HD Platinum Table
I really like how MyBookie.ag has live dealer games. It’s something you still won’t find at every US-facing casino, so I’m glad to see it here. Not only that, but instead of only offering 2-4 live games, they have 9 different options.
Nice play, MyBookie.ag and BetSoft. Nice play, indeed.
- Keno Jackpot
- Instant Keno 40 Ball
- Instant Keno 80 Ball
- Klub Keno
- Virtual Racebook 3d
You won’t find many scratch games here, especially compared to other online casinos. But it’s neat to see so many keno variations. The virtual racebook isn’t something every casino offers, either.
And that wraps up their casino games.
You can play their games for fun, and without having to create an account. The exception is their live dealer games, which you can’t play for free. But that’s the norm at most casinos.
Their casino is mobile responsive, too – no download or app needed. I checked it out on my iPhone and their casino (games) looked good. AND it looked like all their games were available.
So, what do we think of MyBookie.ag?
Well, we haven’t read any terrible reviews – from customers or websites. Everything is pretty standard on that from – a few complaints here and there. But our sources indicate these are taken care of quickly.
And, they have a C on Sportsbook Review (SBR).
We like most of what we’ve seen, too. Their sportsbook is average, but they do have unique prop bets you won’t find anywhere else. It’s also neat you can request bets, and that they have unlimited betting limits if you make your bets over the phone.
Their casino is strong, too. They have a HUGE and DIVERSE selection of fun casino table games, slots and video poker machines. Unless you’re hell-bent on playing scratch tickets, you’ll have no problem finding something to play.
That all being said …there are a few things we don’t like about MyBookie.ag.
For one thing, I’m not a fan of their banking fees or bonus rollovers. Not only are they a bit high compared to other (US) sites, they’re not flat amounts, either. They operate on a sliding scale, which punishes you for cashing out or depositing large sums.
Then there’s the fact that they work with BetSoft, a company with great games, but apparently not the best ethics.
And last, there’s their ties to Bet On Sports, a rogue company who has stiffed players for millions of dollars.
Those last two things are our biggest sticking points.
I could get over the fees, bonus rollover and other stiff promotion terms. But it’s hard to look past a company who is related to a shady company, works with a shady company, or worse yet, all of the above.
For those reasons, I don’t think I can recommend them. There are far better and less riskier gambling sites you can join – Bovada, Bookmaker, 5Dimes and Ignition Casino all come to mind.
That said, your mileage may vary. And if your moral compass doesn’t have the problems we do with their background or who MyBookie.ag works with, then by all means, give them a shot.
All we suggest you do is tread carefully.

I live in the U.S., where pot has become legalized and somehow it’s still illegal to put $20 on my Broncos on a few Sundays a year here in Denver. Hopefully that’s changing soon… but even if it did, honestly I’d still be sitting at home on my couch and using MyBookie. Nice to have a sportsbook that so obviously caters to U.S. customers.
Pete | 30 Jul 2018
I had some initial trouble with taking out my money after winning a big Kentucky Derby bet (first time after 7 years!!!). But I talked to Steve on their customer service line and he was able to help me pretty fast. IMO definitely NOT a scam. They seem very helpful.
Christopher Smith | 14 Jul 2018
Has anyone taken up MyBookie on this? “If there’s a bet type out there that we don’t currently accept, just ask, we’ll take it!” I’m too shy to call and ask for any specific prop bets, etc., but I think it’s really cool that they’re open to creating bets if there’s demand for it. Also recently saw they provided odds for The Action Network gambling Olympics. Pretty cool.

Some of these comments are brutal! I know offshore sportsbooks have a questionable reputation especially among casual betters. Whenever there's a monetary transaction involved with people you don't know and can't see in another country, it's going to be difficult to avoid any mistrust. Also, whenever there are reviews for online gaming (and most things in general), it's the few people who have had a bad experience who speak the loudest. I work in the sports media business and whenever we get comments about our content, especially on Facebook, most of them are negative and some of the things people are mad about are just wrong or don't make sense. Anyway, I figured I'd add my own review for MyBookie. As the original reviewed post here states, I wish their rollovers were not so high, or that I could get more money down on some of my sports bets. But I've had no problem taking money out of my account and I've always found MyBookie to be very reasonable, especially with customer service and all their bonuses and promotions.

Definitely a shady site. They make you feel comfortable then turn the shady on after. I kept track of my casino play and after 4 days, I won $20 grand in blackjack. Consistently won every day but then I initiated a withdrawal and they called me about it. Afterwards, I noticed that the casino play made a 180 turn and my win percentage went from 43-47% all the way down to 18-22%. Luckily I was able to control myself and not lose what I won but they were vicious and assertive in wanting me to re-deposit my winnings so that they could win it back. They kept calling and offering 100% bonuses on what I deposited. NO THANKS. When an online casino has the option to change your winning percentage outcome, STAY AWAY

Do not use this website. 1 out of 3 customer support reps actually care to help. On 5/9 I decided to bet 1k on multiple hands. Delaer gets a 17 I hit an 18 which means I win. I looked at my balance and it didn't change. I hit up support, their famous response "log out and log back in" I did this multiple times. I filed a report that Thursday. I called daily to check in and ended up filing 5 more reports.
I get a call on 5/16 telling me they had a system glitch. However the glitch was for the players. Meaning I won "hands I did'nt play" whish was completely wrong. I told Lou on multiple occasions my 1k did not appear. He told me I won that night because of the systema errors. On multiple occasions I had won, and I asked if it was the "system error" he said no.
I asked again to please credit the 1 I won and he told me he would not credit it because multiple hands had won due to their error. All I saw was I kept winning and others were loosing. I had a good run. Then I lost it all. I asked for my 1k again and he gave me the same excuse. This isnt the only time it's happened. I've doubled multiple times and it stays or just hits sometimes. It's stayed on 8 or 9 and I get upset and ask why that happened, their repsonse "log out and log back I've won multiple rummies and pairs and didn't get paid out.
I complained and Lou is a very mean, arrogant person. Out of the thousands of dollars they owe me, he sent me a $25 credit and said that should make it better. I makes me sick that they allow this to happen. Also, they sent me in circles. Live casino is seperate so they each point fingers at eachother. I've vowed to post this on every blog and site so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. they're a scam. One other thing. I won 13k and asked for a payout. they delayed it 5 business days, then said I can only ask for 5k.
I asked for 5k, 5 days later they change it to 2k because it had casino winnings. I had won 15k and ended up losing it because they wouldn't let me add funds while it was pending so they set you up to fail. Stay clear from this site. Te reps don't care and the live casino is terrible. Do not use this website!!!!!! Scammers at its finest here.

I will never put another dime into My Bookie. I’ve used them for over a year with no problems but just had my entire bankroll mysteriously disappear into phantom blackjack losses. I have never nor would ever play blackjack for money online but I’m being told all of my money disappeared playing blackjack, which is complete bullshit. Take your money elsewhere, the way they’ve handled this has been a joke. All I’m being told is that if someone hacked my account it’s my responsibility. I was told I would get a call from a service manager after they left me on hold for 20 minutes, 3 days later still no call. Don’t put your money into a site where this happens.
Adam Berze | 1 Apr 2018
They are a joke. Limited my bets and yet I still have to hit the rollover, it is literally impossible. HUGE scam. Use any other site there are so many good ones out there.
Danny | 1 Apr 2018
the live blackjack is a scam. i counted my hands the past week 299 win, and that includes pushes. they count a push as a win. losses 2308. is that a normal number i don't know you tell me. on average you can lose 12 to 18 hands in a row, that happens a lot. the sports book is ok and i like the live sports betting. the withdraw is ridiculous as well. I've only cashed out one time. i pulled $2000 out and they charged me $400 in fees. i got $1600 but they ran me around for a month and a week, when they told me 5 to 7 business days, it really took from feb 13 and i got it march 23rd. i would not recommend them, way better more honest sites out there that don't rig the casino and actually pay you when you ask them to.
Jenn B | 18 Mar 2018
I didn’t get as far as everyone else but this site seems fishy. I made a minimum bet of $45 with my bank card but it told me to Call customer service. I called & they asked me for my password. I told him that I didn’t feel comfortable giving him that and they shouldn’t ask for it. So he was able to access my account another way. He told me i needed to call my bank & have Them remove the international block. I’m so scared they are gonna get into my acct & take all my money. I want to delete my whole Acct & login with them. Does anyone know how??

Still waiting for my money I won on Super Bowl. It's been 6 weeks. Getting nervous. I used Bovada last year and no problems. FYI
Ron Berman | 24 Feb 2018
I have been trying to get paid since the super bowl. They constantly stall me by asking for additional pieces of the payout puzzle. I have spoken to them many times and have been told different stories every time. I have been assured that my money has been approved for release and the next day it is not. It is extremely frustrating.
kat | 23 Feb 2018
Any luck on your payout??
Matt | 21 Feb 2018
Made a $100 (not the real number) and bet on the Superbowl. Won EVERY bet, then had to wait 1 week to be able to withdraw. Had to jump through hoops to "verify my identity. Then they took 25% as a fee for the withdraw. Claimed I can only withdraw up to $100 (not real number) because I haven't bet enough to take the winnings. Apparently, I need to bet my original deposit 3x in order to withdraw my winnings? So now after I withdraw after winning EVERY one of my bets I lost 25% of my deposit... FYI I didnt bet ANY of the Promotional extra money, since you dont recieve that till you bet X amount.....

My bookie is a f-ing scam. Do not use this site! You will get your money manipulated and taken from you.
Tom | 9 Feb 2018
Wish I had read these bad reviews beforehand. I agree that the site is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs. They are more than happy to take your money but make you jump through a bunch of hoops in order to get a payout, including paying obscene amounts in "processing fees" for a deposit to your bank account. Its a total rip off, and I will not be using it again. I just hope my payout actually arrives now, and given my experience I frankly would be surprised if it does.

Mybookie.ag is VEEERY SKETCHY/ AVOID THEM!!!
I've never gambled online, and this is what has happened with these guys:
I deposited $100 from my credit card, won the straight bet on the Super Bowl, then assumed a payout would go back on my credit card. NOPE. AFTER you win, they make you fill out a bunch of very sensitive information including photos of back and front of your credit card, photo of driver's license, photo of a recent utility bill, AND to deposit the money, they want your personal bank account info! Another sketchy thing: the password you make when you sign up is VISIBLE to all of them! It's not encrypted (which they don't make clear when doing it!), so now they have all the info about me, my passwords, my bank accounts, credit cards, everything... and they admit that they are an offshore account so US customer protections mean nothing to them!
These guys can easily steal your identity, and the run-around to get paid is unbelievable (I STILL haven't gotten paid!!). DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT FOR THE CASUAL GAMBLER!!!

THIS SITE WILL SCREW YOU AND IT HAS TO ME ONCE(since that’s all it took). CANCELLING BETS AFTER GAMES IS WHAT THEY DO. MAYBE THEY HAVE TO RIGHT TO DO THAT BUT STATING THAT THE PROP BET WAS CONFUSING A DAY LATER IS JUST WRONG. IM SURE THEY TOOK A BATH ON THE BET. MUCH BETTER SITES OUT THERE. STAY AWAY!!!!
Kyle | 18 Jan 2018
Do not trust this site. Granted I feel you should never trust any online casino besides sports betting. Playing blackjack is a joke and you can tell they rig it. I’ve snapped maybe 35 different hands in the past 2 days that are probably the worst beats you could see. I will never go back to this rigged site

Me and my friend have been placing bets since the nfl league have started we won on Dec 17th 2017 and it’s January 17th and yet to still get paid every time we call we get promised the same thing over and over again this company is full of scams

DO NOT deposit on Mybookie.ag ever.. They are the biggest fraud I have ever dealt with! I made a $100 bet on the Presidential Election on a candidate. I then received a phone call from the site 4 days later claiming that the line that they had posted was a mistake and they could no longer honor the bet.. That is complete BS and it is complete responsibility of the book to get the lines correctly before posting them. I repeat DO NOT put your money on this fraud of a website.

Do not use this site under any circumstances, they will make you go around the world and back to cash out , ive been trying to cash out for over a week vi bitcoin and they’ve come up with more excuses then I’ve ever heard. They’ll reject your payout and try putting it back in your account and make you start the process over and over again. They obviously are banking on you wanting to wager again . I’ve been dealing with a payout for 700 for over a week now and they keep making me start over . This time was because I️ replied from a non reistered email ? I️ hit reply to the email they sent me the process has been started over 3 times in a week and they’re payout department is conventientaly closed on the weekends stay away ! It’s a scam

Do not use this site. Absolute scam artists. The bonuses... if you use them, then you can not cash out YOUR own money as they merge the bonus and deposit into ONE amount and you must ROLLOVER a million times just to try and get your money back. PROCEED with CAUTION. Do not join

The absolute worse! STAY AWAY. Hit a bet for 1,000 and after the game. They reversed the transaction citing a security issue because my card wasn't supported. Absolutely terrible. Use another cite.

What you mean? Card not being supported??

Stay away. They steal from you. Their processors charge your credit card more than you have given them permission to do that is stealing. Use bet365 or pinnacle

Update on my last comment, mybookie.ag did not take my money it was sitting in limbo and was refunded about 5 days after my deposit gave an error code however the money was put back on my card and they gave me 45 in freeplay in which I layed it all on the Chiefs +8.5 which was an easy win as the beat new England outright, however mybookie.ag seems to have loose slots, nice interface and layouts, the direct phone talk is very nice, can't say anything about withdrawing cause I haven't done so yet. Anyhow I disregard my last message, just need to know what kind of card to use. Not a bad site though I'm liking it.

This company is a HUGE RIPOFFF took my 45 dollar payment and never put it into my account after it was taken from my bank and then they gave me the runaround saying the bank has it and when I called the bank they said they had taken the money, I've NEVER had a problem with interiors.eu and bovada.ag DO NOT JOIN with mybookie.ag and call your banks and let me know about there phony processors as well.

DO NOT JOIN!!! SCAM!!! They promote bonuses but that's only sportsbook. If you bonus for casino everything is 50% and mostly table games with max bet of 50 dollars
