Full Flush Poker Review

Full Flush Poker Review

Full Flush Poker is the flagship brand of the Equity Poker Network. It’s a relative newcomer compared to many online poker sites, having only launched in 2013. The site doesn’t yet have a huge player base, but it has started to attract more interest from players recently. This may have something to do with the improved sign up offer.

Players from the United States are welcomed at Full Flush, and the site appears to be targeted largely at the US market. Customers from other countries are also accepted though. The Equity Poker Network has players from all over the world, so there tend to be games running at convenient times no matter where you live.

For a complete rundown of everything you need to know about Full Flush Poker, please see below. We’ve reviewed all the key aspects of this site, and we have given our honest opinions on what we have found.

Getting Started

You can visit the Full Flush Poker website by using the link on this page. The initial impression of the site is a good one; it’s not too flashy and there’s not too much going on. There are a few images depicting the current promotions on offer and links to other important sections of the site.

Before you can start playing, or even open an account, you’ll have to download and install the software. There are two versions to choose from: one for Windows users and one for Mac users. There isn’t currently an instant play option.

Upon launching the software after it has been installed, you’ll be given the option to open an account. This involves completing a form with a few personal details, and it doesn’t take very long at all. Please note that you have to confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. You’ll then be sent an email with instructions on validating your account.

Once your account is validated, you’ll be able to log in to make a deposit and start playing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Most of the deposit options you’d expect to find at a poker site are available at Full Flush. You can use credit cards, debit cards, Person to Person transfers, and e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller. Not all methods are available for US players though. There are no fees for depositing, and deposits are generally processed within a few minutes. This enables you to play almost immediately after depositing funds.

Withdrawals can be made using any of the available deposit options, with the exception of credit or debit cards. You can also withdraw via check if the amount is over $1,000, and bank wire if the amount is over $1,500. Only one withdrawal is allowed per week, up to a maximum of $5,000.  Further limits apply to some methods too; the maximum check withdrawal is $2,499 for example. A total of $15,000 may be withdrawn in any calendar month.

Processing timescales for withdrawals are reasonably impressive, and you can usually expect to have your funds within seven days. You have to pay a fee every time you make a withdrawal. The exact amount varies depending on the amount on the method used. A check via regular mail is charged at $30, for example, and a bank wire costs $65.

New Customer Bonus & Other Promotions

The sign up bonus for new customers at Full Flush Poker is pretty generous. You get 150% of your initial deposit, up to $1,500, and up to 20% cashback too. To release the 150% bonus you have to earn Play Option Points (POPs). These are earned by playing cash games or tournaments for real money, at the rate of 10 POPs for every $1 paid in rake or entry fees.

You must earn 20 points for every $1 deposited to release the bonus in full. So if you deposit $1,000 to get the maximum $1,500 bonus, you have to earn a total of 20,000 points to release your $1,500 bonus. These requirements are more than reasonable, and compare favorable to bonus terms at a number of other poker sites.

The cashback is added instantly to your account when you make your first deposit, although you have to earn a certain amount of POPs before you are able to withdraw it. Deposits of $50 to $99 earn 10% cashback, while larger ones earn 20% cashback. The maximum cashback is $200.

New customers are also credited with one ticket to a “1st Deposit Freeroll”.

There are plenty of other promotions for existing customers at Full Flush too. These change on a regular basis, and typically come in the form of additional reload bonuses.

Poker Interface & Game Variety

The poker interface at Full Flush is a little basic. It’s perfectly adequate though. It may not have any amazing features, but it looks pretty good, and it’s as functional as it needs to be. Games are easy to find from the lobby, and it’s possible to customize certain options such as table themes, sounds, and animations.

Game variety is pretty limited, with just Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and Omaha Hi/Lo on offer. No limit, fixed limit, and pot limit formats are all available. There’s a reasonable tournament schedule, including regular guaranteed tournaments, and plenty of sit and goes and cash tables too.

Traffic & Player Standard

The level of traffic isn’t great here. This isn’t surprising given that Full Flush is a relatively new poker site on a relatively new network. Traffic is showing signs of picking up though, and even now it’s not difficult to find a game when you want to play.

Something that definitely goes in Full Flush’s favor is the fact that the standard of the opposition is pretty low. The players seem to be mostly novices or recreational players rather than skilled regulars, which makes the games a lot easier to beat.

Customer Support

Customer support at Full Flush Poker is very good. There’s a help section on the site for basic inquiries, and for any additional assistance you may require you can get in touch via phone, e-mail, and live chat. Support is available 24 hours a day, and our experiences with the support staff have always been very positive.

Full Flush Poker isn’t especially innovative, and the traffic isn’t currently that great, but we still feel this site has a lot going for it. The welcome package for new customers is attractive, and the additional reload bonuses can make playing here very rewarding. The fact that the overall standard of play isn’t very high is also very appealing, because you don’t need to be a hugely skilled player to beat the opposition.

We are happy to recommend Full Flush poker, and we feel it’s a particularly good option for US players that play mostly for fun, or those that are looking to take advantage of soft competition.
