Let me guess – you’re here because you want to know more about 7 Sultans. For example, you want to know:
Ultimately, you want to know if they’re a casino worth your time and money. You want to know if we recommend 7 Sultans to our readers.
Well, do we?
You’ll have to keep reading to find out.
7 Sultans (or 7Sultans) is a Microgaming-powered casino owned and operated by Digimedia Limited. They own a network of casinos, some of which you may be familiar with. A couple of their other more popular casino brands include: River Belle Casino, Jackpot City, Euro Palace and Royal Vegas.
7 Sultans has been in business since 1999 – so, about 18-19 years now.
7 Sultans is licensed by the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
They also have the eCOGRA seal, which means their games have been tested for fairness. You can see their license, as well as their games’ payout percentages on their certificates page.
I would say pretty good.
They’re not recommended by ThePogg.com – but few casinos are. And even they say their own reviewers have accounts here, and have reported having had ‘positive experiences’ playing here.
Nothing else comes up when you search for ‘7 Sultans scam,’ or any variation of 7Sultans and scam or scandal.
They do have 13 complaints on AskGamblers.com. They replied to a couple in 2013, though neither of those came to any kind of resolution – at least on the site. There are a few others that 7 Sultans responded to, but again, all but two are unresolved.
From what I understand, it sounds as if 7 Sultans doesn’t respond to complaints much anymore, or participate in any form of mediation – which is something ThePogg.com looks down on.v
I don’t agree with them (ThePogg.com). It’s their (7 Sultans’) business – they can handle complaints however they wish, so long as they DO handle them.
This is only one of several things I look at when determining what their reputation is like. And when you factor that they haven’t been part of any major scams, and that they’re an accredited and endorsed casino at both Casinomeister.com and the WizardOfOdds.com, I think they’re reputation is just fine.
I shipped an email to 7 Sultans’ support because I didn’t find a clear answer on their website. They told me that players from the following countries are prohibited from playing here:
You have several options, which include:
I had a question while reviewing their casino, so I shipped them an email. They responded to my email within 24 hours, and managed to answer 1 of two questions I had.
You have several options, depending on where you live and what currency you’re going to play in. Here’s a list of the options they post on their site:
There are a few country-specific options, too. Their deposit page also shows you which options you can also use to cash out.
Here are your cash out options:
Keep in mind cash outs can take up to 24 hours to process.
Their New Player Welcome Bonus is a 100% match deposit bonus. The max on this offer is $500, and what’s nice about it is they give you up to 5 deposits to claim it all.
This offer is good for the first 7 days following your deposit. You’ll have to wager 40x the bonus to clear this offer, which is decent. However, that’s just for slots and keno players – it doesn’t look like they have any restrictions on what games you can play, so you’ll want to keep the following chart in mind if you choose to play a different game:
|Most slots and parlour games (Keno and scratch card games)||100%|
|Table poker games and Casino War||20%|
|Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker, Sic Bo, Wheel of Riches and all roulette games. Video poker games, craps, baccarat and all blackjack games except Classic Blackjack. Hot Ink, Retro Reels (Extreme Heat/Diamond Glitz)||10%|
|Classic Blackjack and All Aces Video Poker / Power Poker||2%|
On top of the deposit bonus, you’ll also have the choice of 25 free spins on the Wild Orient slot, or 10 free credits.
They have one other offer, but’s a limited time deal that expires soon after this review will be published (if not already).
They have a few other past promos, too, so I get the feeling they either may not offer many additional promotions, or they simply don’t post them on their website – you might receive them in your inbox or to your player account instead.
They have a “Loyalty Rewards Programme” where you earn points for the games you play, which are then used to determine your loyalty level.
Here’s a chart showing you how many points you get for how much you spend on their different casino games:
|Game Type||Bet size||Point allocation|
|Slot games and unique games||1 credit||1 point|
|Table games (not mentioned below)||5 credits||1 point|
|Sic Bo and all roulettes||10 credits||1 point|
|Video poker games, craps, baccarat and all the blackjack games except Classic Blackjack||20 credits||1 point|
|Classic Blackjack and All Aces Video Poker||100 credits||1 point|
Notice that you’ll have to spend MUCH MORE – up to 100x more – on blackjack to earn the same point playing slots.
The different perks you’re eligible is determined by what tier you’re on – Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
Here’s a chart that shows each of the tiers and perks available:
|Free points when you make your first deposit.||2,500|
|Qualification and maintenance requirements||Register a Real Money account at and make a deposit||Earn at least 10,000 Rewards points in a calendar month||Earn at least 25,000 Rewards points in a calendar month||Earn at least 75,000 Rewards points in a calendar month|
|Redeem Rewards points for cash||Yes||Yes||Yes||Yes|
|Eligibility for weekly promotions||Yes||Yes||Yes||Yes|
|Bonus points when you play on your birthday||25,000||50,000||100,000|
|Accelerated earnings||5% faster than Silver level. Earn 100 points and get another 5 for free||10% faster than Silver level. Earn 100 points and get another 10 for free||15% faster than Silver level. Earn 100 points and get another 15 for free|
|Monthly loyalty bonus (ongoing loyalty bonus)||10,000||30,000||50,000|
Once you create an account and make a deposit, you’ll already be a Silver member. And according to their FAQ, they’ll give you 2,500 points once you sign up. That’s pretty cool.
A couple other important points – you’ll have to redeem a minimum of 5,000 points at a time. And if you don’t use them within 60 days, they’ll expire. And one other thing – tier maintenance is on a month-to-month basis. If you don’t earn enough points to keep your status, you’ll drop a level (except for Silver).
7 Sultans works with Microgaming. This will give you 700+ games to play.
They say 700 games on their download page. However, that must only be for their download, as their online casino has about 500 games.
You can play at their casino via download, instant play or mobile. On their mobile page they tell you how to get started. They also mention that they have 90+ casino games, which is a far cry from the 700+ games you can play in their regular casino. But it’s more than enough to keep you happy.
7 Sultans says their mobile casino is better on iPhones and newer gen Android devices. However, they do offer support for Blackberry and “a range of Java and Symbian devices.” So, if you’re not sure if your device will work, just visit their site anyway – you might be pleasantly surprised.
In the instant play casino, you’ll find the game navigation on the left-hand side. They have their games organized into the following categories (with the number of games in each one):
Here are a few titles from each section to give you an idea of what you can play.
Jackpots – at the time of writing – range from $6,500 to $3+ million. Mega Moolah’s the one sitting at more than 3 mil. This is easily one of the most popular progressive slots that has paid out tens of millions over the past decade.
And that wraps up their game section.
Keep in mind this is a very small sample. You’ll want to check out their website to get a slightly better idea of what they have, and their download for ALL they have.
A couple other thoughts about their games –
Overall, though, they’re a solid casino. Just what you’d expect from Microgaming.
Now let’s wrap this review up with our overall thoughts and recommendation.
They’re a pretty solid casino. But there are a few things I think they can do better.
Here are the things I like about them:
Absolutely. While I don’t think they’re the best casino out there, they’re a good choice if you want a change of pace, a new offer to clear or maybe something else you’re not getting from your current casino. It’s also a good casino for first-timers.
Check them out today.
