How many all-in-one gambling brands can you name offhand?
There aren’t too many. I can think of 888, Bet365 and William Hill. But I have to put my thinking cap on to think of any others.
Then I came across 32Red.
32Red is a true all-in-one platform who offers an online casino, sportsbook, online poker room and bingo hall.
32Red isn’t strong in each area, but I have yet to come across an all-in-one brand who was. Everyone can improve somewhere.
This means that 32Red will be a great, if not perfect fit for some people, while a horrible fit at the same time for others.
Which are they for you?
We’re here to help you figure that out. Later in our review we discuss who’s likely to be the most and least happy playing here.
But before we get to that, let’s start with who 32Red is, a little bit about their background and reputation.
32Red is a publicly traded (LSE) gaming company operating under the business name, 32Red PLC. They operate multiple brands, most of which are found at 32Red.com. Their brands include:
The first bet made at 32Red.com was in July 2002, which means they’ve been in business nearly 15 years.
They’ve won a TON of awards since their start, too, including: Best Casino Group, Best Casino of the Decade, Casino Operator of the Year, and the Best Customer Service Award. Nearly all of their rewards revolve around their online casino.
They are licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the . Their games are .
They have an excellent reputation.
They only have 8 complaints on AskGamblers.com. One is from a player who wanted their account closed to remove any temptation from playing there again. This is the same player who made the same exact complaint against LeoVegas, which I talked about in that review.
And the other complaint; the player said 32Red wouldn’t pay him his winnings. It sounds like 32Red concluded that that player opened multiple accounts. The case was never resolved on AskGamblers.
The remaining complaints on AG was either resolved or rejected (in favor of the casino).
The bottom line – 32Red has an excellent reputation.
Several trustworthy review sites even claim they’re one of the best casinos you can join.
Players from the following countries cannot play at 32Red Casino:
US Virgin Islands And players from the following countries cannot bet on sports at 32Red:
They offer 24/7/365 customer support. You can use one of the following channels to get in touch:
There are additional phone numbers and email addresses. You can find those by logging into your account.
They also have a FAQ page that covers the most popular questions and categories they’re asked about.
You can use the following options to fund and/or cash out your account:
You can see all the options and which countries they’re available in using the chart 32Red made.
Limits will vary based on the option you use, but $10-$20 is the lower limit for most options – for both deposits and cash outs.
The max payout for a 24-hour period is $120,000 in the casino, and $100,000 on the casino network. This excludes progressive wins, since the money’s pulled / paid out using the jackpot. This is good news, as most casinos pay you in installments on large wins, even if they’re not out of pocket, like progressive jackpots.
As for cash out options, all of the posted options (except Paysafecard) are available. There are no fees, either – except for wire transfers, which will only cost you money if you cash out less than $100 at a time. Cash out $100+ and they’ll be free, too.
I think most people will be happy with 32Red’s sportsbook. They cover many sports and have thousands of markets for you to bet on.
They don’t appear to limit winners, either – they’ll take action from anyone. So both recreational and pro bettors can co-exist in harmony here.
You can place your bets on their website, or from your mobile device. They have a mobile-responsive website, but Apple and Android users can also download their app.
That covers the basics. Keep reading below to learn more about their promotions, markets, betting options and software.
Make a bet. If you choose to use the profit boost option (they show you how much you’ll get), and you win your bet, you can boost your winnings by the percent of your choice (10-100%), up to $100.
Look for horses with the price boost symbol next to their name, and you’ll know you’re getting the best price the industry has to offer.
Place a bet on any live event. Click on the drop down that appears under the market you have a bet in and see how much you can win. When the time is right, click ‘Cash-In’ to settle your bet.
This is a great way to reduce risk, take what you can get and/or minimize your losses.
32Red offers action on tons of sports and markets. Here are the sports you can bet on:
What’s crazy are the number of markets available for some of these sports. For example:
There’s tons of action here. Far more than what most people will know what to do with, much less have the budgets for.
32Red offers live betting, too. They were covering 5 different events when I checked them out. I’m not a hardcore sports bettor, so I can’t comment on the prices or anything like that. But I thought their live betting section looked easy to understand and use. So, beginners don’t have to worry about feeling overwhelmed or confused about betting here. It’s pretty straightforward.
One downside, though – they don’t offer live streaming. I find this odd considering how big a company they are and who their competition is.
As for the types of bets you can make, your options include:
You can see an explanation of these bet types on 32Red.com.
Here are a few things that stood out to me:
Next up is their casino.
This is their strongest and most versatile product of the bunch. Unless you’ve been gambling online for years, and can tell one software provider’s games apart from another, then this will be the only casino account you need for a long time. Maybe forever.
32Red offers hundreds of unique games and variants, of which you can play from your desktop (download), browser (no download) and mobile device.
But let’s pause a second on the games – we’ll get to those in a second. First, let’s go over all the unique promotions you can claim once you create your account.
For new accounts only. No deposit is required. You can win (and cash out) up to $100. If you cash out and have any leftover winnings, it’ll be removed from your account. For some people, it might make sense to simply play with your winnings.
What’s more is that you can also claim the first deposit bonus.
Get $32 for every $10 you deposit – a 320% match. The max you can earn from this bonus is $160.
The playthrough on this offer is 40x. However, other games will have different contribution percentages.
The max you can bet is 6.25 (chips or coin) until you’ve completed the playthrough.
This is available to real money players. Log into your account and wait for the Dish of the Day notification to appear. Then follow the instructions to opt-in. Each day there will be a new bonus you can claim.
Play on their live dealer blackjack table between 2pm and 1am (UK time). You’ll receive $10 for every gold card you’re dealt.
Opt-in and wager on their live roulette tables and you’ll get a 10% bonus, or 10% cash back if you don’t win. A minimum of 50 bets need to be made on live roulette games in order to qualify for the bonus. The max you can receive is $100.
A player lounge where you’ll receive special promos, loyalty points and other perks. This is an invitation-only VIP program, though you can send them an email if you think you’ll qualify (usually only those on the Platinum loyalty tier or higher).
This is 32Red’s loyalty program. Every real money bet you make will earn you rubies. Rubies will do two things – determine your loyalty tier, and be exchanged for cash back.
There are 5 tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Club Rouge. You’ll need to earn 50, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 points to hit and stay at each of the first four tiers each month. Club Rouge is on an invite-only basis.
For the cash back, every 1,000 rubies will be worth 10 free casino chips. And as you move up in tiers, you’ll receive bonus points, birthday bonus (in rubies), personalized promos, and more.
Opt-in and you’ll receive double the loyalty points on slot machines such as Cool Buck, The Heat is On, Emperor of the Sea and Pollen Party. This promo is available every Tuesday.
Those are all their current, evergreen offers. But they do run limited time deals. So, it’s a good idea to bookmark their promo page and/or log into 32Red periodically to see what deals they’re running (plus see the Dish of the Day offer).
They use Microgaming software. You’ll have access to more than 600+ casino games in the download. If you don’t mind having access to only 380 casino games, you can play from your browser in their instant play casino instead.
They also offer more than 100 casino games from their mobile casino. Just go to 32Red.com from your mobile device and you’re good to go. They also have an app for Android, iOS and Windows devices, if you prefer going the native route.
There are a couple of different ways you can browse their games. You can go to the main website (32Red.com) and see the games listed there. You can also go to their games page, where they list the main types of games you’ll find on their site along with a link to a more in-depth page to learn more about that game.
You can also view -all- games from their main page. But I think they’re easier to view using their casino directory. This is where we pulled the examples below from.
On the left-hand side (of the casino directory page), you’ll see a list of options you can use to further hone in on to the games you want to play. Your options – and the number of games within each – include:
We covered many of the table games above, between their roulette, blackjack and live dealer options. Here are some of the other table games you’ll get to play.
There aren’t as many variants as I’d expect, but I only checked the browser casino. There’s a good chance you’ll find more in the download.
One other thing, there are multiple variants of most games. These include regular, low limit, high limit, gold series, multi-hand and multi-player.
This section includes a few of their table poker games, but it’s mostly made up of their video poker machines. Here are some of your options:
That wraps up our examples. As you can see there are LOTS of games to play. And this list is only the tip of the iceberg.
Something to try if you don’t see the game you want to play, is to look into a related category.
For example, say you’re looking for a specific table poker game – if you don’t see it in the table game section, then check the video poker section. If you’re looking for blackjack, don’t just look in the blackjack section, look in the table game section, too.
I found that while some games should be in multiple sections – they’re not – and, what’s more, they’re located in a less relevant section.
The good news is that, while inconvenient, this only adds to the quantity and diversity of their casino games.
The poker room is 32Red’s 3rd best product. They use Microgaming software, which is great from a graphics and features perspective. However, it means they’re on the MPN (formerly the Microgaming Network), which means they share a limited player pool.
This is a catch 22. It’s great that all sites sort of ‘pitch in’ on the traffic side of things, so that there are always games running. On the other hand, I think it can stifle their growth. The only way to get bigger (more players) is for more players to be interested in Microgaming’s software.
Anyway, they’re far from being the biggest or best poker room. But they’re not the worst, either. So don’t hesitate to give them a quick look if you’re in the market for a new place to play.
There’s not much of a commitment, either, since they offer an instant play poker room (no download) in addition to their download.
The most disappointing – and surprising – thing about their software, is that it’s not mobile-compatible. I tried, and got a warning saying they’re not compatible with my (newer gen) iPhone.
So, only desktop users will want/need to move forward into the next section where we cover their poker promotions.
This is a unique offer in that they’re not offering a match bonus. Instead, you make a deposit, play for 30 days and collect as many ‘Redbacks’ as you can.
Redbacks are loyalty points. You’ll receive $.0032 for every Redback you earn. You can earn as much as $1,000 for collecting 320,000 Redbacks. But you have only 30 days to do it.
On top of the bonus, you’ll also receive 12 invitations to 6-weeks worth of tournaments. This includes 6-$500 guaranteed freerolls, and 6 entries to their $1-$500 added tourneys.
This is one of the few rakeback schemes left in online poker. You’ll receive 30% of the rake you pay back into your account, at the rate of 30 Redbacks per $1 spent. Redbacks are converted into real-money chips at the rate of 100 = $1.
But it’s not truly 30% rakeback. Not when you get 30 points per $1 spent, yet need to collect 100 points (a little over $3) in order to make $1 in real money. That sounds more like 10-ish percent rakeback to me.
If you or someone else at your table goes to showdown and loses with quad 2’s or better, the bad beat jackpot will trigger. Everyone at the table will receive a piece of the jackpot. The jackpot winner will also receive a $1,500 MPN Poker Tour package, where they’ll receive a buy-in and accommodation to a live poker event.
Those are their current evergreen promotions. But 32Red also runs satellite tournaments to live events, online tournament series, and monthly leaderboard contests.
For this portion of the review, we used their instant play poker room instead of the download. It should be the same, but I’ve found in the past that sometimes the download has more games, better graphics and more (player) options.
I’ve filled in some of the blanks from other reviews, but just keep in mind that the instant play poker room might be a little different.
The games you can play include holdem, omaha, 5-card draw, stud and 7-card razz. The stakes you can play depend on the game, variant and format; but you can expect cash games to start at .01/.02 and peak at 50/100.
Cash game variants include heads up, 6-max, 8/9-handed, Blaze (speed poker), small stacks, deep stacks, caps, and more.
They also have anonymous tables, which is a newer addition. But unlike many other poker rooms who make all their tables anonymous, 32Red offers both. The anonymous tables are easily identifiable by the ‘A’ icon in a red box next to the poker room name.
At the anonymous tables, each player will have a temporary alias and random avatar. All regular features such as profiles, locations, buddies and notes will be unavailable. Any hand histories will display anonymous aliases, too, so that you can’t go back and take notes on any specific player.
They do. There are lots of different tournaments you can play. The general list of tournaments they offer include:
And so on.
Stakes will vary greatly. You can expect to find .01 to $1,000+ in the SNG section. Stakes run a little higher in the tournament section, but otherwise is the same.
It appears they do lots of qualifiers to live events. You can see all the ones they have running and have completed here These packages often include the buy-in and travel costs. Qualifiers start at under a buck, too, which is a great deal.
The run lots of freerolls, too. Many have cash prizes. What’s interesting about these is that while they’re free to buy into, they’ll often have (optional) re-buys and add-ons which will boost the prize pool even more.
Last, they have lots of guarantees. But theirs cover a wide spectrum so people of all bankroll sizes can participate. I’m looking at their schedule for what tournaments are on deck within the next 24-hours, and most of them are smaller – their guaranteed prize pools range from $1 to $50.
That’s not all they have, though. They also have larger tournaments where buy-ins exceed $100-$200 and the guaranteed prize pools exceed $50,000. You can satellite into these events, too.
Overall, there’s a little something for everyone here.
They use Microgaming for their software. It looks pretty good. I haven’t seen all the different backgrounds or graphic options, but the few I have seen looks above-average. They have your standard game options, too; multi-colored deck, display pot and bet size, note taking, buddy lists, and so on.
I also noticed a neat feature where they display your hole cards and the community cards, and tell you what your (best) hand is.
I’ve not heard or seen any restrictions. The only one I’m familiar with is optional – the anonymous tables. I checked their terms, as well as other review sites, and found nothing that’d suggest you couldn’t use 3rd party tracking (HUD) or hotkey software.
So, like their sportsbook, 32Red seems to be a good place for both recreational and serious players.
The bingo hall is 32Red’s weakest product. I’d say only people sort of interested in bingo should play here. Enthusiasts will want to go elsewhere because 32Red only offers a couple of bingo games, 20-ish slot machines and a handful of other casino games.
They’re also not compatible with mobile, that I could see. When I tried to go to their site from my phone I was redirected to a mobile games site they own. Which I found interesting because you can view aspects of their site from your phone (the site appeared to be mobile compatible).
That said, other reviews say you can play from your iPhone, either from your browser or native app, but both options are pretty bare bones.
With that in mind, let’s get into their promotions.
They only offer 75 and 90-ball bingo games. Variants include progressives, speed bingo, blackjack, chat and more. They have some games that start every 2 and 5 minutes. I think this is pretty neat, because you can log-in at any time and know there will be a game starting soon.
You can also play casino games from Microgaming. There’s a much smaller selection here, though, which includes 20 slot machines, 2 video poker games, and 4 table games.
If you’re in-between bingo games, or are simply done playing bingo, but want to play casino games, it just might make more sense to log into their casino where you’ll have 10-15x (or more) games to choose from.
Okay, we’re all done. We threw a lot of information your way, but we still have one final question to answer before we’re done:
32Red is an excellent product for the general gambler. For people who haven’t gambled online much, or at all, and only gamble on occasion. Especially if you’re going to spend the bulk of your time in the casino, live casino or sportsbook.
Those two products are by far the best, and will satisfy 90% of the people who read this review.
The weakest products are their poker room and bingo hall. Those, I feel, are best for recreational players only. Enthusiasts – especially bingo – will likely feel underwhelmed with the traffic, games and variants.
That’s just my opinion, though – your mileage may vary. And the only way to know for sure is to check 32Red out for yourself.
